    Guests of the AWAY Spa must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian. Salon services are available for guests of all ages.

    AWAY Spa Dallas is located inside the W Dallas-Victory Hotel & Residences, on the 16th floor.

    Walk in guests are welcome but appointments are recommended. Please call us at (214) 397 4141 or book online.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

    In consideration of others, please notify the spa of cancellation or to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full treatment and service fee. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

    Yes, our facilities include locker rooms (women, men and accessible) with lockers available for your use. We also provide bathrobes and towels.

    AWAY Spa accepts all major credit cards. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

    Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with the services received.

    Yes, there is self-parking and valet parking on site which is complimentary for spa guests.

    Please notify our reservations agents when booking your treatments if you have any sort of medical condition of which we should be aware, such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, pregnancy or ongoing chemotherapy treatments. If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

    While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed when visiting AWAY Spa. Please notify our reservations agents upon making your appointments in case of pregnancy so that they can offer guidance.

    If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in our facilities and a key will be given to you upon arrival. Please note that AWAY Spa is not responsible for any loss of personal items stored in the lockers.

    All spa guests have access to the spa's dry sauna and steam shower. When in season from May to October, guests of AWAY Spa are welcome to visit WET Deck where the infinity pool is located overlooking downtown Dallas. Guests can also order beverage and food items at an added cost while enjoying the pool deck area. Special events when in season may limit availability for spa guests to access WET deck so please inquire about availability when making your spa appointment.

    Spa guests are welcome to order beverage and food items from the hotel's outlets including the Lobby Bar, In-Room Dining, Villa Azur Restaurant & Lounge and the WET Deck.

    You may purchase gift cards in specific dollar amounts, either at the hotel, spa or on Marriott.com. Gift cards are redeemable in any of our hotels and resorts and can be used towards spa services or purchases in our Spa Boutique.

    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to begin your spa journey. Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment and will end at the originally scheduled time so as not to disrupt other guest’s appointment times.
